The Author

Dr. Thomas Schneider started working for SAP AG in 1996. Since then, he has held several positions in the area of global service and support, including acting as head of the Center of Expertise for performance, and being responsible for key accounts. In 2004, he moved to the Research & Breakthrough Innovation department, where he was the architect responsible for IT service and application management. Since 2009 he has been the architect responsible for partner development infrastructure in SAP Business ByDesign.
