*For larger orders (greater than 5kg or more than 10 copies), we may have to pass on additional shipping costs. In these cases we will attempt to ship via the Fastway courier service. However, some outlying areas will have to be shipped with TNT or Australia Post, and extra charges may be applicable. This predominantly relates to regional WA, NT, and Tasmania. We will contact you if any additional charges are expected*

Please note that our regular couriers are usually next day delivery couriers. If you require a same day delivery, you will have to organize for your own courier. Alternatively, we will be happy to recommend a courier service for you.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
If the order is received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) and all items are in stock, the order will be processed immediately and shipped it out the same day. The time of arrival depends on your nominated location and delivery type:

Australia Post Surface Parcel Delivery (to PO Box addresses, or if there is no one to sign for the parcel at home):

Note: For shipments to company addresses, it is strongly advised that you include the name of your company to assist in ease of delivery. You will always be advised via email about the approximate delivery time frame of your order.

What if I'm not home when the books are delivered?
If the carrier (default) is Australia Post, they will usually send you a notification card for you to pick it up at your local post office. Unfortunately, since we do not currently have an in-house courier, we are unable to accurately estimate the times that parcels will be delivered.

If you provide a business address, it will be delivered by courier during office hours and must be signed for. If it is a residential address and will not be at home, we can instruct the courier to leave the parcel on the doorstep (or other specified spot). Otherwise, the couriers will leave a calling card, so that you can call them to arrange an alternative time.
